Dispatcher

Access-A-Ride logistics company "Caucasus Horizon" is announcing a vacancy for a Dispatcher position.

Compensation: $5-7 per hour (depending on experience and working hours).

Work schedule: The work schedule is divided into shifts. Each shift includes 4-5 working days a week.

• First shift - 14:00 (8-hour shift) Georgian time;

• Second shift - 22:00 (7-hour shift) Georgian time.

Exact shift hours and days are negotiable.

Work format: Remote.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning, managing, and constantly improving driver schedules;
• Daily communication and operational support for Georgian drivers.

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in the logistics field;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Patience;
• Quick thinking;
• Good communication skills;
• Basic computer knowledge;
• Ability to effectively use Google Maps;
• English language proficiency - at least B2 level;
• Availability of headphones;
• Availability of a laptop;
• Fast and stable internet.

• Ability to work individually and as a team;
• Customer and service quality orientation.

Will be considered an advantage:

• Good knowledge of New York (NY) geography;
• Experience working in the logistics field and knowledge of an additional language.

Candidate selection:

Candidates will go through two stages of selection:

• Interview;
• 5-day unpaid training (onsite);
• 5-day paid internship (onsite);
• Upon successful completion of the internship, you will become a team member;
• 1 month of mandatory onsite/hybrid work - subsequent remote.
