Position: International Procurement Manager

Location: Tbilisi, Evgenia Maisuradze 1

Work Schedule: Full-time.

Brief Job Description:

• Planning and organizing the entire procurement/import cycle smoothly, based on the company's needs.
• Researching the international market for suppliers, studying and analyzing the technical and qualitative aspects of the products to be purchased; price analytics and optimization.
• Pre-determining product orders based on warehouse stock indicators; constant control over contract terms, delivery deadlines, and payment conditions with potential/existing suppliers; periodic updating of agreement/negotiation terms to minimize prices.
• Controlling the accuracy of documentation presented by suppliers;
• Monitoring product delivery deadlines from purchase request to warehouse delivery;
• Forming a base of transport companies, constant monitoring/comparison of their service deadlines and prices to achieve optimal offers;
• Constant control over the correctness of documents required for cargo transportation, declared information, and accompanying documents;
• Preparing documents required for customs control and monitoring procedures;
• Ensuring internal transportation of imported products (from the customs clearance point to the central warehouse).
• Performing other tasks assigned by management within the scope of competence; also

Preparing procurement reports and presenting them to direct management with predetermined periodicity.

Qualification Requirements:

• Mandatory English language skills, both written and spoken (knowledge of Russian is desirable)
• Experience working in a similar position is required;
• High-level Excel skills;
