Main functions
- Agreeing and planning a visit with the customer;
- Identifying the property to be appraised through on-site visits;
- Inspecting the interior/exterior of the property, taking photographs;
- Determining the physical condition of the property; identifying all factors affecting the property's value;
- Preliminary analysis of the property, searching for analogues on the market;
- Preparing a conclusion on the appraisal of real estate.
We value your qualifications: A driving license and a personal vehicle are required.
Higher education: Not required Work experience: Experience in the field of real estate is desirable (reading property documentation, cadastral maps, measurement drawings).
Knowledge and skills
