We are seeking an Audit Manager for one of the large holding companies operating in the hospitality and real estate development industries in Tbilisi.
Main Responsibilities: - Assess and analyze risks by collecting relevant information, identify material risks, prioritize them for analysis, and update previous risk assessments as necessary. - Develop/review audit plans with immediate supervisor; - Document the work performed at each stage of the audit (planning, testing, results) in the relevant work forms approved by the department; - Periodic reporting (verbal and/or written) to the immediate supervisor on the work performed; - Analyze and assess potential discrepancies/shortcomings - identify risks, assess their significance, determine root causes and collaborate with management to develop corrective actions. Develop and justify conclusions, ensure clarity, accuracy and objectivity of final communication, authorized by the immediate supervisor. Monitor the process of implementation of recommendations by management. If additional analysis is required, make relevant adjustments and obtain immediate supervisor's approval; - Perform other related tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - Economics, Finance, Accounting and Auditing; Business Administration; - At least 5 years of experience in the industry, of which 2 years in a senior audit position; - Knowledge of English; - MS Office programs.
