Pattern Cutter

"Situationist" is announcing a vacancy for a Pattern Cutter position.

Working conditions:

Schedule: Monday to Friday; Location: Tbilisi, Samgori.

Main responsibilities:

Preparing accurate cutting and processing of fabric based on approved constructions and templates; Correct placement of patterns, considering fabric specifications, direction, print, and texture; High-precision cutting of details according to patterns, stencils, and technical specifications; Optimizing fabric consumption and minimizing waste; Quality control of cut details for accuracy and compliance before production starts; Close collaboration with seamstresses, designers, and the atelier team to ensure smooth workflow; Participation in the cutting process for individual orders and collection models; Correct and safe use of cutting machines, tools, and relevant inventory during the workflow; Organized storage and accounting of patterns, stencils, and working materials; Maintaining product quality standards at all stages of the cutting process; Submitting relevant recommendations to improve production process efficiency; Performing assigned tasks within established deadlines.

Qualification requirements:

Experience working as a pattern cutter in the fashion, atelier, or production sector; Experience working with manual and special cutting tools; Knowledge of fabric and various material characteristics; Ability to effectively plan workflow and manage time; Ability to read patterns and work accurately according to them; Organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to work in a team environment; Detail-orientedness, technical accuracy, and focus on high-quality standards; Interest in fashion and creating high-quality products.
