Quality Control Manager

We are announcing a vacancy for the position of Quality Control Manager at "EltEG" (www.elteg.ge).

The company has been operating on the Georgian market since 2007. It offers a wide range of lifts, escalators, and parking systems, including installation and subsequent technical service. Since 2012, it has been an authorized distributor of Kleemann.

The Quality Control Manager represents an independent control link from the operational blocks (installation, service). Its main goal is to ensure full compliance with the installation and technical service of lifts and devices with international standards EN 81 and ISO 9001, internal regulations, and labor safety norms.

Working conditions:

Workplace: 44, Tsmindauri St, Tbilisi; Work schedule: Full-time; Remuneration: Fixed salary + bonus (the specific amount of remuneration and bonuses will be determined based on negotiations).

Key responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO / EN): Ensuring compliance with ISO and EN 81 standards in all technical and operational processes of the company, defining and clarifying technical requirements; Site Quality Audit: Periodic and phased inspection of installation and service sites, assessing the quality of work, and recording identified defects; Verification of installation/service acts (N301-N306): Qualitative verification of object acceptance and revision acts (N301, N302, N303, N304, N306) before technical GATE authorization; Defect logging (NCR / Defect Log): Recording identified violations, defects, and technical deviations in the Defect Log, analyzing causes, and developing preventive measures; Safety control and Stop-Work authority: Controlling labor safety and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at sites; authority to immediately stop work in case of critical danger (Stop-Work Authority).

Key requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the supply, installation, and subsequent technical service of lifts, escalators, and parking systems; Experience in quality control is desirable but not necessary if the candidate has solid experience in the above-mentioned field; Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
