The main functions and responsibilities of the intern are: - a) Registration of incoming and outgoing documentation in the electronic database and sending it to addressees; - b) Processing of documents prepared by the faculty (references, letters, etc.); - c) Registration of the Dean's orders; - d) Receiving, processing, and timely submission of competition documents to the commission within the ongoing competitions at the faculty (Dean, Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor), as well as storing competitive materials in accordance with the rules of documentation; - e) Receiving, registering, and transferring materials of scientific forums and research projects conducted at the faculty to relevant services (with acts of receipt and transfer); - f) Coordinated work with the central office; - g) Certifying copies of documents prepared by the faculty if necessary; - h) Performing various current tasks of the head of the office, administration, central office, and dean as needed.

The main functions of the intern will be determined in accordance with the oral or written instructions of the internship supervisor.

To participate in the competition, the internship candidate must submit the following documents: - a) Application for participation in the competition (Annex No. 2 and Annex No. 2.1 - "On Personal Data Protection"); - b) Autobiography (CV); - c) Copy of the identity card of a Georgian citizen; - d) Document confirming education, issued in accordance with the Georgian legislation, or a certificate of student status; - e) Document confirming knowledge of a foreign language (if necessary); - f) Certificate "On absence of convictions for crimes against sexual freedom and inviolability" (if selected for the intern position).

The internship period will be determined for 3 (three) months. Working hours will be at least 30 hours a week, except weekends. The paid internship amount will be determined in the amount of 700 (seven hundred) GEL per month (including income tax and pension contributions).

The selection of applicants interested in participating in the competition will be carried out based on the review of the application package. University students in their final year will be given priority in the internship competition. In case of incomplete documentation, the selection committee will not consider the applicant's application. Selected candidates whose documentation meets the competition requirements will undergo a preliminary interview with the selection committee. The specific date and time of the interview will be notified to the candidates in advance. The results of the interview will be notified to the applicants personally.
