Head of Quality Assurance Direction

"Marshe" is an international standard food production enterprise with four main directions: semi-finished products, bakery, meat products, and fish products.

"Marshe" announces a vacancy for the position of Head of Quality Assurance Direction.

Position location: Tbilisi city (T. Eristavi street N 5).

Main duties and responsibilities:

To ensure the methodical development of the quality management system in accordance with the company's policy and goals, according to the requirements of the FSS 22000 standard; To control the execution of documented procedures of the quality management system; To monitor and control the effectiveness of the quality management system and processes; To manage the internal/external audit process of the quality management system; To form and manage an effective register of non-conformities and complaints; To provide consultations to employees on quality management issues; To control the entire chain of food production safety and quality; To control the observance of food safety and sanitary-hygienic standards; To prepare external and internal reports according to the established procedure;

Qualification requirements:

Higher education, preferably in medicine, biology, food technology, or other related fields; At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance; Preferably, at least 1 year of experience in a leadership position in quality assurance; Qualification corresponding to the requirements of quality management systems; Preferably, thorough knowledge of FSS 22000 standards; Knowledge of English and Russian at least at B2 level;
