Technician

The hotel "Graf" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Technician.

Main competencies:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Professional or higher education in a technical/engineering field;
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and other engineering systems;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• High sense of responsibility and operativeness.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Ensuring the proper functioning of the hotel's electrical, plumbing, heating-cooling, and other engineering systems;
• Repair of technical devices and inventory;
• Identification of technical problems, analysis of causes, and operative response;
• Elimination of technical faults independently or in coordination with relevant specialists if necessary;
• Conducting preventive work to prevent malfunctions;
• Periodic inspection of the technical condition of hotel rooms and common areas;
• Coordinated work with the Front Office/administrators and Housekeeping team and provision of technical assistance to employees in daily activities;
• Recording information about performed work and identified problems;
• Compliance with technical work safety standards and relevant regulations;
• Fulfillment of relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 5 days a week;
• Working hours: 8 hours a day;
• Rest: 2 days a week;
• Salary: 1500 GEL; salary review possible according to candidate's qualifications and work experience;
• Meals: provided.
