Construction Project Manager

A construction and development company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Project Manager.

Work schedule: Full-time.

Vacancy location: Tbilisi

Main responsibilities:

• To oversee the entire process of construction projects for multi-apartment residential complexes;
• To regularly control the progress and execution of construction activities;
• To communicate with individuals involved in project planning;
• To analyze construction drawings and plan the construction;
• To control the financial aspects of the construction project;
• To supervise and control the execution of construction processes;
• To control budget, deadlines, standards, and quality;
• To develop project plans and make changes as necessary;
• To periodically visit, inspect, and examine the construction site;
• To submit reports to management on project progress results.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (in the field of construction engineering or business administration);
• At least 2 years of experience working as a project manager;
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings;
• In-depth knowledge of construction laws and safety standards;
• Knowledge of construction cost estimation;
• Knowledge of programs (MS Office, Archicad, Autocad).
