Job description At TBC's Retail Lending League, we are looking for a Product Owner for secured loans! You will be responsible for the strategic development of the secured loans product, portfolio growth, and creating credit offers tailored to customer needs. You will collaborate with various business, technology, and support teams to ensure sustainable growth, high efficiency, and the best customer experience in the direction.
What you will do - Manage the secured consumer loans product and determine its development strategy; - Identify and implement initiatives for portfolio growth and improvement of business results; - Analyze portfolio results, customer needs, and market trends, and identify development opportunities; - Take care of improving customer experience and constant product development; - Collaborate with business, technology, and other internal teams to develop new opportunities and processes; - Ensure that product initiatives comply with business goals and are effectively implemented.
