"Element Construction" announces a vacancy for the position of Construction Project Manager.

Workplace: Tbilisi

Main responsibilities:

• To supervise project processes (compliance of materials, compliance with the project, and preparation of various acts);
• To negotiate with parties involved in the project;
• To plan and manage the project budget, time;
• To ensure the quality of the project;
• To plan, control, and manage the project's financial, technical, and human resources;
• To assess and prevent construction risks;
• To control the planning and execution of construction works;
• To verify the volumes of project documentation (architecture, construction, engineering);
• To manage, monitor, and, if necessary, make changes to project documentation (architecture, construction, engineering);
• To interact with local government bodies;
• To prepare a daily report on the project;
• To organize regular meetings and manage subordinate personnel (if necessary, to find the required personnel for the project);
• To ensure the project's labor safety norms;
• To lead the project team and motivate them.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in construction, engineering, or a similar field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of programs (MS Office, MS Project, Archicad, Autocad);
• Proficiency in English and Russian at a communicative level is desirable.
