The company "m²" announces a vacancy for the position of Cost Estimator.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of BOQ and preparation of relevant conclusions in case of discrepancies;

• Analysis of cost estimates for compliance with pre-prepared standard prices, and comparison of non-standard prices with market prices;

• Comparison of current construction and repair costs for each object during the construction process with budgeted costs.

• Financial revision of acceptance certificates confirmed by the Technical Supervision and Quality Control Service;

• Revision of design volumes;

• Analysis of design documentation (full reading of construction drawings);

• Preparation of cost estimates at market value;

• Guidance by snippets and norms;

• Preparation of cost estimates and volume calculations based on construction drawings/project;

Qualification knowledge and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction/Architecture;

• At least 2 years of work experience;

• Knowledge of ArchiCAD, AutoCAD programs;

• Working-level English language skills;

• Time management skills;

• Ability to share and support team responsibility;

• Ability to identify and analyze problems;

• Effective written and verbal communication skills;

• Flexibility towards changes;
