We are currently looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Assistant Documentation to join our team in Poti. Position: Port Operations Location: Batumi Job Type: Full time The Port Operations Assistant will support the Port Operations team in coordinating and carrying out daily port and vessel-related activities in Poti and Batumi. This role is suitable for a motivated candidate who is willing to learn about port operations, container shipping, and related procedures.

You Must be able to: - Assist in collecting and updating vessel arrival information. - Support the preparation and submission of import and export documentation to relevant port and customs authorities. - Enter and update operational data in the company's systems. - Assist with vessel arrival and departure procedures and coordinate with relevant authorities when required. - Collect invoices from relevant parties and submit them to the Accounting Department. - Assist in coordinating daily activities with port terminals and other relevant parties. - Help monitor container conditions and report any visible damage. - Assist in identifying and releasing empty containers for export bookings. - Communicate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operational processes. - Provide administrative and operational support to the Port Operations team in Poti and Batumi. - Perform other related duties as assigned.

We want you to be: (Skills Required) - A person with minimum 1 years of work experience in a similar field - Good knowledge of logistic industry - Individual and team player - Data entry skills - Ability to prioritize things - Detailed oriented - Good communication and multitasking skills - Proficient in English and Georgian is must (both written and verbal), Russian will be plus - MS Office skills
