Marketing Manager

Agro company "Agrohall" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing Manager.

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and result-oriented professional who will be responsible for planning and implementing the company's marketing activities, managing social media, and effectively managing digital advertising campaigns.

Main responsibilities:

Managing and developing the company's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.); Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager; Effective management of the advertising budget and analysis of results; Identifying target audiences and developing an advertising strategy; Preparing and coordinating the social media content plan; Managing the process of preparing advertising texts, visual materials, and video content; Popularizing the company's products, brands, and advertising offers; Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and periodic reporting; Participating in planning and organizing company events, presentations, and marketing activities.

Qualification requirements:

Experience working in marketing or digital marketing; Experience in independently managing Facebook advertising campaigns; Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; Experience in planning and managing an advertising budget; Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools will be considered an advantage; Creative thinking and good communication skills; High sense of responsibility and result orientation; Knowledge of English and Russian languages at the level of working communication.

Additionally, it will be considered an advantage:

Experience working in the field of agribusiness or agriculture; Experience in product and brand promotion; Skills in creating and processing photo and video content.

Workplace: Tbilisi; Work schedule: full-time; Salary: agreed upon, according to the candidate's qualifications and experience.
