Key functions and responsibilities:
SOP procedures integration with supply chain processes and their continuous monitoring; Administration and management of the WMS (Warehouse Management System) system; Customization and support of warehouse management software; Analysis of warehouse operations and process optimization; Identification and effective elimination of incidents arising in 3PL processes; Preparation and control of invoices related to 3PL services; Data processing in the WMS system and preparation of analytical reports; Analysis of new customers' logistics needs and planning of relevant processes; Participation in the implementation of the WMS system and communication with potential clients; Preparation of monthly financial and operational reports; Performance of other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualification requirements:
Higher education; Knowledge of English; Microsoft Excel - analytics, data processing; At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
