About the position
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and result-oriented Director who will lead the company's rental activities, effectively manage the real estate owned by the LLC, and ensure the growth of rental income and proper management of the property.
Main functions and responsibilities:

Qualification requirements:

Knowledge of the basic principles of real estate management and rental activities will be considered an advantage; Strong organizational and managerial skills; Ability to effectively manage time; Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel; Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; Ability to work in Batumi.
