Sales Representative

"BQ Construction Equipments LLC" is a company registered in Georgia, established by a Chinese construction equipment company.

We specialize in the field of construction equipment and are currently expanding our products and activities in the Georgian market.

As part of the development of a new business, we are starting to actively promote and sell mobile cranes and aerial work platforms in Georgia.

We are looking for an active and motivated Sales Representative (mobile cranes and aerial work platforms) who will develop the customer base and market opportunities in this new product direction.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration:

• Fixed salary: 2,000-2,500 GEL per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
• Result-based additional sales commission;
• Transportation/fuel compensation;
• Salary and commission conditions can be negotiated according to the candidate's experience, industry knowledge, and customer resources.

Main responsibilities:

• Searching for potential customers for mobile cranes and aerial work platforms in Georgia;
• Identifying and visiting construction companies, contractors, industrial companies, equipment rental companies, and other potential customers;
• Regularly visiting construction sites, industrial facilities, and customers;
• Presenting the company's products and familiarizing customers with technical requirements;
• Finding new customers through direct visits, phone calls, recommendations, contacts, and other sales activities;
• Following up on customer requests, offers, and current projects;
• Maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers;
• Collecting information on local market demand, competitors, prices, and new projects;
• Providing reports on customer visits and sales opportunities to management;
• Coordinating with management, technical, and commercial teams in China regarding customer requests;
• Participating in negotiations and bringing potential orders to completion.

Requirements and skills:

• Georgian language - native;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Initiative and readiness for regular customer visits;
• Ability to work independently and manage follow-up communication with customers;
• Valid driver's license;
• Having a personal car is necessary at this stage for visiting customers and developing business.

• Construction equipment;
• Heavy machinery;
• Cranes;
• Automobiles or commercial transport;
• Construction materials;
• Industrial equipment;
• Equipment rental;
• Other B2B sales areas.

• Existing business connections with construction companies, contractors, industrial companies, or equipment rental companies in Georgia will also be considered a significant advantage.

Transportation:

• At this stage, the company does not have its own car in Georgia.
• The company will pay an additional transportation/fuel compensation to an employee who uses their personal car for customer visits and other work purposes.
• It is possible that a company car may be allocated in the future after business development.
