Freedom Motors is announcing a vacancy for a Sales Manager in Tbilisi and Rustavi.

The company is expanding and is opening a vacancy in two cities at once!

Income: 3,000-10,000 GEL per month Training: Full training at the company's expense Career growth: Manager → Senior Manager → Department Head → Development Director in Georgia

Freedom Motors has been operating for over 15 years (since 2011) and serves the supply of cars and motorcycle equipment from the USA, Canada, Korea, China, Japan, and Europe to market professionals - dealers, car dealerships, services, and car parks.

We are looking for a person who is familiar with the Georgian environment, loves and easily communicates with people, wants to develop in sales, and earn more through precise results.

What we offer:

• Fixed salary 1,500 GEL + sales bonus
• Total income 3,000-10,000 GEL, depending on results

What you will do:

• Search for professional clients (dealers, rental companies, car services, corporate parks);
• Make calls, send offers, and build personal relationships;
• Conduct meetings - in our office or visiting clients;
• Track clients in CRM and bring them to a deal.

What is important:

• Fluent Georgian language;
• Conversational Russian language;
• Good knowledge of the local market and customs in Georgia;
• Responsibility and result-oriented;
• Interest in cars;
• Desire to learn, sell, and grow.

Sales experience is an advantage but not required. Being a car expert is not necessary - we teach the product and processes.
