Interior Designer

"Warm House Express" is an engineering and construction company. Our engineering team designs MEP systems for interior design, and our craftsmen implement these designs in all directions. Our renovation groups complete the interior, from lighting and wallpaper to furniture.

We are now creating an interior design department and are looking for motivated designers to grow with us.

Work location: Tbilisi, Saburtalo, Shartava Street

Work schedule

• 10:00-18:00
• 1-hour break

Remuneration

• 1200 GEL (net) during the probationary period, then - 1,500 GEL (net);
• Bonus for completed projects - from the first month

Main responsibilities

• Meetings with clients: clarifying requirements, presenting ideas, and reflecting comments;
• Measuring objects, functional planning, and furniture layout;
• Preparing concept and mood board;
• 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering;
• Working drawings: plans, wall layouts, ceiling and lighting plans, socket and switch plans, tile layouts, individual furniture drawings (kitchen, wardrobes);
• Specification: finishing materials, lighting fixtures, wallpaper, furniture, textiles, plumbing - quantity, code, supplier, and price;
• Coordination with engineering (MEP) team and renovation groups;
• Site visits and author's supervision during implementation.

Requirements

• Higher, professional, or relevant certified course in interior design or architecture. Students in their final year are also considered;
• Portfolio - presentation of educational and personal projects is possible;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or ArchiCAD at the level of preparing working drawings;
• Knowledge of Revit or willingness to learn;
• Knowledge of one of the 3D modeling and rendering programs: 3ds Max + Corona/V-Ray or SketchUp + Enscape/D5 Render;
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop;
• Developed aesthetic vision and attention to detail;
• Effective communication skills with clients;
• Conversational knowledge of Russian or English;
• Desire to learn and professional development, high sense of responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
