A road construction company is announcing vacancies for the following positions:

• Tender Manager/Cost Estimator;
• Assistant Accountant;
• Construction Supervisor;

1. Tender Manager/Cost Estimator

Location: Tbilisi, Zahesi Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Salary: To be agreed upon Probation Period: 3 months

Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying and analyzing state tenders of interest to the company;
• Managing and coordinating the entire tender process;
• Reviewing tender documentation, assessing requirements, and submitting proposals in full compliance with requirements;
• Communicating with relevant departments to coordinate information needed for tenders;
• Managing tender documentation;
• Preparing cost estimates for construction projects;
• Preparing Form 2, ensuring consistency between design and execution documentation;
• Drafting and sending letters to relevant authorities as needed;

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in public procurement;
• Relevant technical or engineering education;
• Knowledge of office programs (Word, Excel);
• Familiarity with construction materials and technologies;

2. Assistant Accountant

Location: Tbilisi, Zahesi Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Salary: To be agreed upon Probation Period: 3 months

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing, archiving, and controlling accounting documentation (invoices, receipts, acceptance certificates);
• Working on the Revenue Service website (Rs.ge);
• Performing other accounting-related tasks;
• Executing various tasks assigned by the direct supervisor (director, accountant) related to their activities;
• Drafting and sending letters to relevant authorities as needed;

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics;
• At least 1 year of experience as an accountant;
• Knowledge of Oris accounting software;
• Familiarity with office programs (Word, Excel);

3. Construction Supervisor

Remuneration: by agreement

Duration of probation period: 1 month

Main duties:

• Visual inspection of materials required for project implementation;
• Strict quality control of performed work;
• Planning and management of work to be performed at the construction site;
• Starting work at the site according to the agreed plan, distributing tasks, drawing up a work schedule, and communicating with involved persons;
• Ensuring that work complies with established construction standards and safety norms, monitoring, and reacting to deviations;
• Effective allocation and management of attached resources (machinery, materials, personnel);
• Ensuring rational use of materials, labor, and other resources allocated for the project;
• Daily, at the end of the working day, producing a detailed report on work performed at the site during the day and submitting it to the supervisor.

Main requirements:

• Higher education in construction-engineering;
• At least 3 years of work experience in the road sector;
