Librarian

LLC "Modern Education Academy - School and Kindergarten" is announcing a vacancy for a Librarian.

Address: Tbilisi, Levani Mikeladze str. N4.

Working conditions:

Part-time; Knowledge of English at B2 level is required.

Main responsibilities:

Organizing and managing the daily activities of the school library; Arranging, recording, cataloging, and updating the book fund; Assisting students and teachers in finding and selecting the necessary literature; Organizing and controlling the process of issuing and returning books; Ensuring a well-organized, safe, and learning-process-oriented environment in the library; Promoting the development of reading culture, literacy, and interest in books among students; Selecting and recommending age-appropriate and interest-based literature for students; Participating in planning and implementing various activities, thematic meetings, and educational events to popularize reading; Collaborating with teachers to support the educational process and prepare relevant resources; Organizing English-language books and educational resources and facilitating their use; Ensuring the effective use and accessibility of library resources; Performing other position-related duties as determined by the administration.

Basic requirements:

High sense of responsibility and organization; Communication skills and ability to work in a team; Ability to communicate effectively with children and adolescents; Interest in promoting book and reading culture; Knowledge of English.
