Marketing Manager

"Idea Collection by Gino Hotels" is a new 5* boutique hotel in the center of Tbilisi, located at 47/49 Melikishvili Avenue. The hotel stands out with its modern, refined design and offers guests 67 comfortable rooms, a pool, spa and wellness center, restaurant, and unique jazz bar. This is a space where city energy, style, and relaxation come together.

The hotel is part of the Georgian-Slovakian investment company "Gino Holding", which has been successfully operating in the leisure, hospitality, and real estate sectors for over 10 years.

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Manager.

Position's main goal is to correctly brand-position the objects, manage social media, attract guests, organize events, and effectively plan and implement marketing activities.

Location: Tbilisi, Petre Melikishvili Avenue 47/49

Main responsibilities:

Social media management: Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms; Prepare and execute content plans; Protect the brand's visual and communication style; Prepare posts, stories, reels, and advertising texts; Analyze social media results and report.

Brand positioning: Create a correct positioning strategy for the objects; Identify the target audience and plan relevant campaigns; Research the competitive market and monitor trends; Develop the image of the objects in the premium and lifestyle direction.

Organization of events and happenings: Plan evening events, musical evenings, seasonal, and thematic events; Create and realize the concept of events; Communicate with partners, artists, DJs, and influencers; Plan activities focused on increasing guest engagement.

Photo/video content planning: Organize professional photo and video shoots; Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers; Determine the scenario and visual direction of content shooting; Control the creation of modern visual materials corresponding to the brand.

Marketing campaigns and sales support: Plan and execute advertising campaigns; Create special offers and promotions; Implement activities to attract guests and increase awareness; Coordinate work with the sales team and operations.

Requirements: Experience working in marketing, PR, or a similar field; Practical experience in social media management; Creative vision and knowledge of modern trends; Experience in organizing events; Strong communication and organizational skills; Knowledge of English; Familiarity with Canva / Meta Business Suite / basic design and advertising tools will be considered an advantage.
