Location: Tbilisi, Chugureti, Giorgi Tovstonogov #3, business center "Time" Work schedule: Full-time, 11:00-19:00

What you will do in our team:

Preparation and uploading of real estate advertisements to relevant platforms from the company's provided database; Updating information, prices and photo materials in advertisements; Responding to incoming calls and messages and providing consultations to interested persons; Selecting relevant real estate according to the client's needs and budget; Communication with owners and clients, planning and organizing meetings; Meeting with clients and showing real estate on site; Negotiating sales and rental terms with the support of the team; Recording and updating information about clients and objects in the database; Coordinating the transaction process and communicating with the client until its completion.

What we expect from you:

Effective communication and a desire to interact with people; Responsibility, organization and punctuality; Initiative, energy and a desire to learn; Ability to negotiate and work as a team; Basic computer and office program knowledge. Experience working in a similar position, as well as knowledge of English and Russian, will be considered an advantage.
