Join our team as a Night Administrator.

We are looking for friendly and customer-oriented candidates for this position, who are ready to enthusiastically greet guests and participate in the daily processes of the space.

Work conditions:

• Address: Tbilisi, Vake, I. Abashidze St. N34;
• Working hours: 21:00 PM - 09:00 AM, 15 working nights per month.

Main responsibilities:

• Reception of space members and visitors;
• Receiving money, processing payments, and conducting the relevant procedure;
• Performing administrative functions - producing documentation, managing correspondence;
• Ensuring software processing;
• Communication with space members, identifying their needs, and caring for creating a friendly/pleasant atmosphere;
• Supporting the team in various activities.

We are looking for a candidate who is:

• Customer-oriented;
• Friendly;
• Able to communicate in English;
• Able to work in a team.
