Medical Call Center Operator

Insurance Company "Wizer" is announcing a vacancy for a Medical Call Center Operator.

Function-Responsibilities:

• Receiving telephone calls from insured individuals, identifying insured individuals;
• Determining the type of medical service;
• Planning visits of insured individuals to clinics, organizing additional medical services;
• Managing situations in emergency cases.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher medical education;
• Certificate/Certificate of qualification from a higher education institution;
• Proficiency in office computer programs (especially EXCEL);
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages (desirable);

Personal Qualities:

• Quick-wittedness, efficiency;
• Politeness, delicacy;
• Accuracy, punctuality
