Job Description - The Exploitation Manager is responsible for the technical support of TBC Bank branches, service centers, pawnshops, and back offices, and ensuring their technical functionality and uninterrupted operation. - Support for branches, service centers, pawnshops, and back offices (hereinafter referred to as "responsible objects") in terms of resolving technical issues, using a service company or internal resources; - Timely and effective execution of requests fixed through the relevant software platform (Jira), - Taking care of the arrangement of the territory adjacent to the responsible objects, including the visual condition of the external facade (advertising boards, etc.); - Monitoring/controlling the lighting of the front and back offices of the responsible objects; - Dismantling of the repair branch, identifying the materials/inventory left after dismantling, and distributing them according to the relevant warehouses. - Before starting the dismantling of the branch, describing all inventory/equipment and compiling an act, based on which the builder is handed over all inventory/equipment that remains in the branch during repairs; upon completion of the repair work, the Exploitation Manager checks and signs off all equipment/inventory listed in the act. - Handing over the object on the day of opening - Execution of non-standard projects assigned by the business - Identification, recording/controlling of problematic branches in the network - Analysis of the Monitoring dashboard and resolution of problematic issues, both with contractor companies and internal resources. - Planning, determining the volume of painting works in responsible objects, transferring to a selected group/company within the project, controlling quality and volume; - Taking all necessary measures related to the proper functioning of automatic doors, buttons, sensors, and barriers; - Procurement/accounting/recording of painting materials - Identification of objects with a guarantee and transfer of problematic issues to contractor companies, controlling the deadline and quality - Arrangement/adjustment of external advertising monitors (electricity/network)
