Key responsibilities:
Organize and manage the activities of the Construction and Administrative Law Department; Distribute, coordinate, and control the work of the department team, deadlines, and quality of performance; Determine the strategy for complex construction and legal cases and form legal positions; Conduct consultations, negotiations, and important working meetings with clients; Assess legal risks of construction and development projects and develop appropriate solutions; Manage cases handled with administrative bodies, municipalities, municipal inspections, public registry, and other relevant institutions; Control and final revision of administrative complaints, lawsuits, legal conclusions, and other important documents; Conduct and represent important administrative and court disputes; Coordinate legal issues with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project; Monitor current legislation and court / administrative practice and implement relevant changes in the department's activities; Ensure quality control of departmental work standards, internal procedures, and documents; Report to the company's management on the status of current projects, risks, and important issues.
Qualification requirements:
