„JGC Holding“ subsidiary company „Tiflis City (JGC Group)“ announces a vacancy for an Architect position.

Position purpose: - Developing and managing innovative, functional, sustainable, and safe architectural projects from initial concept to commissioning.

Job responsibilities: - Developing architectural concepts, sketches, layouts, and volumetric models in accordance with set goals; - Preparing complete architectural project documentation, drawings, specifications, and detailed nodes; - Ensuring project compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, safety, and energy efficiency standards; - Performing design tasks in relevant software (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD) while adhering to company standards; - Active collaboration with structural engineers, engineering teams, interior designers, and project managers for system integration; - Monitoring the construction process and site visits to ensure accurate compliance with project documentation; - Selecting construction and finishing materials, preparing specifications, and communicating with vendors to find alternatives; - Presenting projects to direct supervisors and clients, processing feedback, and making necessary corrections; - Preparing and uploading project documentation to relevant government structures for obtaining construction permits; - Identifying deviations from project documentation, producing relevant acts, and promptly resolving architectural issues that arise during construction; - Constant coordination with direct supervisors and periodic reporting on completed tasks.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education in Architecture, preferably Master's degree; - 3-5 years of work experience as an Architect; - Personal architectural portfolio reflecting all phases of project development.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities: - Knowledge of architectural design principles, building stages, ergonomics, safety, and energy efficiency standards; - Knowledge of building structures, material properties, and physical characteristics; - Ability to visualize complex 2D drawings in 3D space and perceive scales; - Knowledge of local building norms and standards; - Ability to convey complex technical and architectural ideas in simple, understandable language; - Ability to accurately plan project timelines and resources; - English language proficiency at B2 level, including professional terminology.

Computer programs: - ArchiCAD - advanced level of knowledge; - Photoshop; - AutoCAD; - Corona Renderer; - Illustrator; - MS Office.

Working conditions and benefits: Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:30-18:30, one-hour break; Location: Tbilisi, Pekin Avenue #34/Alexandre Kazbegi Avenue #2a; Benefits: health insurance, unlimited premium fitness club membership, and mobile phone limit.
