Location - Tbilisi, Isani (Carrefour's head office)

The position involves both the management of daily digital activities and the planning and execution of integrated campaigns. The candidate will closely cooperate with commercial, design, agency and other internal and external teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in planning and implementing digital activities in accordance with Carrefour's digital marketing strategy and annual priorities;

• Planning and management of digital campaigns - from preparing briefs, coordinating content and media plans to evaluating results;

• Coordinating the process of managing social media channels;

• Planning and monitoring the performance of activities on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant digital channels;

• Involvement in planning, launching and optimizing paid media campaigns;

• Monitoring campaign results and analyzing key KPIs - reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, CTR, CPC, ROAS and other relevant metrics;

• Discovering new digital platforms, formats and innovative opportunities and linking them to the brand's needs;

• Participation in planning and managing the Content Calendar;

• Involvement in various marketing projects and integrating the digital direction with ATL/BTL campaigns;

• Participation in controlling the budget and deadlines of digital projects;

• Preparing regular digital performance reports and presenting results to relevant teams;

Requirements and key skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing;

• Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and digital advertising platforms;

• Experience in planning digital content and managing content calendars;

• Experience working with agencies, content creators, and other external partners;

• Good knowledge of English.
