Insurance company "Unison" is announcing a vacancy for the position of IT Project and Development Manager.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Planning the workflow of internal IT analysts, distributing tasks, and controlling performance; Coordinating the activities of external development companies (vendors), monitoring deadlines and performance quality; Managing the process of evaluating, prioritizing, and transforming business department requests into technical tasks; Managing the full cycle of IT projects from planning to final implementation (End-to-End Delivery); Ensuring the delivery of new functionality, system changes, and software updates (Product Delivery); Coordinating testing (UAT), defect correction, and system change implementation processes; Monitoring vendors' contractual obligations and SLA compliance; Timely identification and management of project-related risks, delays, and problems; Regular reporting to management on project progress, deadlines, and results.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in IT, business management, or a related field; At least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects or software development processes; Experience working with external development companies (Outsourcing/Vendor Management); Knowledge of business analysis, software development life cycle (SDLC), and testing processes; Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira or similar project management systems; Basic knowledge of technical requirements, API integrations, and system architecture; Strong project planning, prioritization, and performance control skills; Effective communication, negotiation, and team management skills; English language proficiency at a professional communication level.

Advantages:

Experience working in the insurance, banking, or financial sector; Experience managing multiple IT projects in parallel; PMP, PSM, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
