Category Purchasing Assistant

UNICOM, a network of tech stores, is announcing a vacancy for a Category Purchasing Assistant position.

Work location: Kutaisi

We are looking for a responsible individual with analytical thinking and an interest in technology, who will be involved in the process of managing tech categories and will gradually gain more knowledge and development.

This position is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to advance to the position of Category Purchasing Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing supplier offers and price lists;
• Preparing and analyzing sales data and current inventory;
• Identifying fast-selling and slow-selling products;
• Monitoring deficit and excess inventory;
• Preparing necessary information for purchasing;
• Preparing and sending approved orders;
• Controlling the process of orders and deliveries;
• Distributing products to branches.
• Preparing data for price changes and promotions;
• Searching for technical specifications and information about new products;
• Entering and updating product data in the program;
• Preparing periodic reports on category sales, inventory, and other key indicators.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Ability to work with numbers and data;
• Analytical and logical thinking;
• Interest in technology and modern technologies;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to quickly find and process information;
• Knowledge of English.

• Willingness to quickly acquire new knowledge.

Experience in the field of purchasing or technology will be considered an advantage, but it is not a mandatory requirement.

Working conditions:

• Work location: Kutaisi
• Working week: 40 hours
• Rest: 2 days a week
• Salary: 1300 GEL fixed + 500 GEL bonus
