Software and IT Manager

Clinic "Med Diagnostics" offers patients outpatient services and high-resolution diagnostic equipment, it is staffed by qualified medical personnel, which ensures high diagnostic accuracy and reliability of results.

LLC "Med Diagnostics" is looking for an experienced and motivated Software and Information Technology Manager, who will be responsible for managing the clinic's entire IT infrastructure, software systems and digital products.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Konstantine Chachava #4;

Work schedule: Full;

Remuneration: The remuneration is determined by mutual agreement of the parties;

Job duties:

• Administration, development and ensuring continuous functioning of medical software - WebMed and Lisi, available in the clinic;
• Implementation, integration and optimization of software in accordance with the needs of the clinic;

• Administration and monitoring of the clinic's servers, network infrastructure, routers and databases;

• Implementation and management of information security, data protection and backup systems (Backup & Disaster Recovery);

• Ensuring the proper functioning of computer equipment, workstations and network devices;

• Creation, administration, development and technical support of the clinic's website;

• Implementation of new digital products and online services, including patient portal, online booking and other systems;

• Development and implementation of IT strategy in accordance with the business goals of the clinic;

• Management of relationships with software suppliers and external IT companies;

• Preparation of technical documentation, management of system updates and licenses;

• Assessment of IT risks and planning of preventive measures;

• Organization of technical support for users and conducting IT trainings for employees;

• Research of new technologies and implementation of innovative solutions to increase the efficiency of the clinic's activities.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields;

• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and software;

• Experience in administering servers, network systems, routers and databases;

• Knowledge of web development, system integration and cybersecurity;

• Experience working with medical software will be considered a significant advantage;

• Ability to manage projects and work in a team;

• High sense of responsibility, analytical thinking and ability to effectively solve problems.
