Workplace: Tbilisi, Avchala Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00; Saturday, 09:00-15:00

Work experience: at least 2 years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines.

About the position

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the full operational cycle of the warehouse of materials and devices for engineering systems - from receiving, checking and storing products, inventory accounting and control, to completion and issuance.

Key responsibilities:

• Organization and management of daily warehouse activities;
• Receiving, quantitative and visual inspection of engineering materials, devices and components;
• Control of the conformity of received products with accompanying documentation;
• Correct sorting, marking, placement and storage of materials;
• Systematic accounting and control of warehouse stocks;
• Documentary accounting of incoming and outgoing materials;
• Compilation and issuance of materials according to the requirements of objects and projects;
• Control of material movement and return from the warehouse;
• Coordination of timely preparation and delivery of necessary materials for various work objects;
• Organization and implementation of periodic and complete inventory;
• Identification of differences between actual balances and accounting data and appropriate response;
• Control of minimum and optimal inventory levels;
• Timely notification of responsible persons about the deficit of necessary materials;
• Identification of damaged, defective or write-off materials and management of relevant processes;
• Ensuring effective use and organization of warehouse space;
• Compliance with safety, labor protection and fire safety requirements in the warehouse;
• Production of warehouse documentation and preparation of periodic reports;
• Effective communication with purchasing, logistics, project managers and object teams;
• Participation in improving warehouse operational processes and increasing inventory management efficiency.

Qualification requirements and skills:

• Knowledge of Excel and warehouse programs.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory accounting and inventory processes;
• Experience working with documentation;
• Good knowledge of computer programs;
• High sense of responsibility and organization;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize;
• Teamwork and effective communication skills;
• Knowledge of engineering, construction or technical materials will be considered an advantage.
