Paid Internship - Clinker, Cooler and Conveyor Supervisor

Haniel Cement has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market. The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. Haniel Cement is the only clinker producer in Georgia. The country's first concrete plant was launched in 2009. Currently, Haniel Cement operates 15 concrete plants.

Haniel Cement announces a paid internship at the Kaspi cement plant for the position of Clinker, Cooler and Conveyor Supervisor.

Location: Kaspi, Parnavazis Street N2 Schedule: Full-time, shift work, 12-hour shifts, no more than 40 hours a week; Number: 1 Internship duration: 1 month (with prospects for further employment)

Main responsibilities: - Complete inspection of aggregates during shift handover - Supervise and control the smooth process of the cooler - Prevent emergency situations within the scope of competence, and provide information to the shift supervisor in case of an emergency shutdown - Strictly follow the instructions of the rotary kiln operator and shift supervisor - Control the level of materials on the clinker cooler and silo feed conveyor equipment and inform the shift supervisor - Monitor the proper functioning of the hydraulic system and associated pumps - Clean the workspace and adjacent territory before shift handover - Ensure compliance with the sampling procedure (dispose of old clinker samples before taking new ones) - Adhere to the company's labor safety rules and regulations in the workplace
