Sales Agent

Company "JF Georgia" is looking for a new team member and is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Agent/Sales Representative (professional direction).

JF Georgia has been successfully operating on the Georgian market since 2015 and implements wholesale and retail sales of various products (hair care products, electrical products, accessories, furniture, etc.). The company's main customers are beauty salons across Georgia. JF Georgia is represented by branches in different regions of Georgia, including a beauty salon and a training academy.

Work location: Tbilisi, E. Andronikashvili N37a

Work schedule: Monday - Friday: 09:30 - 18:00 Saturday: 09:30 - 14:00

Remuneration and conditions:

Fixed salary + sales bonus; (average income depending on sales results: 2,500 - 5,000 GEL); Full reimbursement of fuel costs (depending on mileage); Fixed reimbursement of vehicle depreciation costs;

Key requirements:

Experience in a similar position; Knowledge of sales principles; Knowledge of merchandising basics; B category driving license is required; Having your own car will be considered an advantage;

Function and responsibilities:

Complete knowledge of professional hair care products and effective, result-oriented product presentation to customers. Active search for potential and new customers, establishing long-term and reliable partnership relationships with them; Communication with beauty salons and retail outlets, negotiations, receiving orders, and agreeing on financial terms; Control over correct product placement and adherence to established merchandising standards; Regular monitoring of product balances in retail outlets; Constant updating of the customer database; Control over receivables; Monitoring of timely delivery of orders; Timely informing of direct supervisor about market trends, challenges, and opportunities;

Ability to communicate effectively and conduct negotiations Result-oriented and high sense of responsibility;
