Call Center Operator

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

We are looking for a Call Center Operator in "Archi" and their responsibilities will be:

Receiving incoming phone calls and serving customers, adhering to standards; Timely responding to messages and post comments on social networks; Informing existing and potential clients about the company's products and services, both through phone communication and social networks; Identifying, analyzing, and providing assistance to customer-provided questions/issues (if necessary, directing to the relevant structural unit); Recording communication details with customers in CRM; Providing high-standard service to existing and potential customers; Constantly caring about the satisfaction and loyalty of existing and potential customers; Making outgoing calls and providing information to recipients according to the script, if assigned.

Qualification requirements:

Desirable experience working in the service sector; Necessary English language knowledge at a communicative level.
