Lawyer

The law company "LexGeorgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of a lawyer (advocate).

Work conditions:

• Workplace: Tbilisi;

• Remuneration: 1500-2000 GEL (depending on qualification);

• Working hours: Full-time.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of contracts and other legal documentation (orders, statements, complaints, etc.)/participation in the preparation procedure;
• Providing legal consultations to the company's clients within the scope of competence/participation;
• Conducting correspondence with the company's clients and/or third parties;
• Preparation of the company's founding documentation (charter, minutes of shareholders' meetings, partners' decisions), making changes, registration in the register of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial legal entities/participation;
• Administrative and tax proceedings/participation;
• Preparation and sending of warning letters;
• Preparation of lawsuits/claims/complaints; ensuring their submission to court/party and monitoring;
• Preparation of legal documentation (guarantee letters, certificates, statements, settlements, etc.);
• Legal services for corporate clients;
• Communication with foreign citizens;
• Participation in court proceedings.

Qualification requirements:

• A master's degree in law is required;
• At least 2 years of practical experience as a lawyer/advocate in the field of civil/administrative law is required;
• Knowledge of computer office programs is required;
• Perfect knowledge of English (minimum level B2) is required;
• Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage;
• Experience in working with the public registry, mayor's office, and property will be considered an advantage;
• A lawyer's license in the field of civil or general law will be considered an advantage.
