Job description:
- Installation of backbone and subscriber optical networks;

Qualification requirements:
- Experience working with optical cables is desirable;
- B-category driving license is desirable;

Remuneration (result-based system):
Monthly income starts from 1000 GEL and, in case of active work, reaches 1900 GEL and more (fixed salary + bonus + transportation compensation, depending on the volume of work performed);
- During the probation period: fixed 900 GEL (3 months);
- After the probation period: fixed 1000 GEL + bonus;
- If using your own vehicle: additional 500 GEL transportation compensation;
Bonus system:
- Installation/stretching of backbone optical cable - 0.10 GEL per meter;
- Installation of a physical person - 5 GEL;
- Installation of a legal person - 10 GEL;
- In case of finding and successfully connecting a business user, the employee's initiative and communication skills will be encouraged with a bonus - the full amount of the monthly subscription fee will be accrued, according to the package chosen by the user.
Important condition:
- Installation will be considered complete only after technical standard and quality control;
- Elimination of faults resulting from incorrect installation will be carried out without additional remuneration.
