German Speaking Customer Service Specialist

The German company "CMX Solutions" has been operating on the international market since 2012, with branches in Berlin, Skopje, Yerevan, Almaty and Tbilisi. Through our multilingual contact center, we provide services to large international companies. We focus on handling inbound calls and electronic correspondence.

Currently, our Tbilisi team has over 300 employees. In order to further expand our team, we are looking for motivated candidates for the position of German Speaking Customer Service Specialist, full-time or part-time.

We have vacancies on various projects, and candidates will be assigned to the relevant project based on their level of German language proficiency.

Location: Tbilisi, although we also consider candidates who do not live in Tbilisi and wish to work remotely. Work schedule: Flexible schedule

Key responsibilities

• Providing customer service through inbound and outbound calls and electronic correspondence
• Identifying customer requests, searching for information, and providing guidance

Requirements

• Knowledge of German language (B1.3, B2, or C1 level)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer orientation and courtesy
• High computer skills
• Quick thinking and efficiency
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Teamwork skills
• No work experience required
