We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance department at wegroup. The successful candidate will work alongside the Chief Accountant to manage the company's daily accounting records and interact with our stores on a daily basis.

What you'll do
Daily verification of store sales and error correction in FINA: returns, payment types (cash, card, installment), discrepancies between cash register and Z-report Daily posting of operations and documents in FINA (commissions, overlapping of debtors and creditors) Posting of banking operations in all currencies, control of cash balances Management of electronic invoices and receipts on RS.ge, reflection of incoming information in FINA Organization of store documentation (acts, checks, installment accounts) and assistance with accounting issues Production of installment and debtor documentation Participation in month-end closing: extracts, sales, returns, advances Registration of new employees in RS.ge and FINA Production of fuel expense reports
Our expectations
Higher education At least 1 year of experience as an accountant or assistant chief accountant Knowledge of working on RS.ge; knowledge of FINA is a significant advantage Good level of Excel skills English or Russian language proficiency at least B2 level Accuracy, responsibility, and proper time management
