Bemoni is announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Manager.

Work location: Gorі, Berbuki settlement

Functions and responsibilities:

Study, analysis, and control of project and technical documentation performance; Planning, organization, management, and control of the construction process; Management of project deadlines, scope of work, and resources; Determination of functions for subordinate employees, distribution of tasks, and control of performance; Ensuring efficient use of human, material, and technical resources; Control of quality, scope, and costs of completed work; Identification of problems and risks during the project and implementation of relevant measures; Communication with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiations, and constant monitoring; Ensuring effective communication and coordination with the client and other project participants; Organization of working meetings and monitoring of project progress; Participation in preparing technical proposals and cost estimates; Control of compliance with construction standards, technical standards, and labor safety requirements; Initiating recommendations for employee incentives/changes in remuneration.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in engineering and construction or other relevant technical fields; At least 5 years of experience as a construction manager, project manager, or similar position; Good knowledge of construction standards and technical standards; Ability to read and analyze project and technical documentation; Experience in managing project deadlines, scope of work, and resources; Experience in the energy sector or management of energy/infrastructure construction projects will be considered an advantage; Knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering programs (AutoCAD and/or Archicad); Knowledge of English and/or Russian will be considered an advantage; B category driver's license is desirable;
