Math Teacher

Uji School is announcing a vacancy for the position of Math Teacher (in English).

Uji School is an international school that provides education in both Georgian and Cambridge Pathway programs. The school operates under the umbrella of the University of Georgia. It offers international standard education and modern methods that promote the multilateral development of students and the upbringing of future leaders.

Function - Responsibilities: - Preparation of students according to the school curriculum; - Planning and conducting the educational process (in English); - Conducting additional classes - consultations for students if necessary; - Providing information to the school administration and parents about each student and ensuring the reflection of assessments in the student database; - Ensuring order and discipline in the classroom and taking care of students' safety; - Caring for the personal development of each student; - Participating in planned activities; - Establishing a partnership with students' parents and other individuals involved in the process of upbringing and development of the student; - Attending department and pedagogical council meetings, parent meetings

Qualification Requirements: - Knowledge of English (lessons are conducted fully in English); - The candidate must meet the qualification requirements established by the Law of Georgia on General Education; - Relevant higher education; - The candidate must have experience working as a teacher in a general education institution; - Ability to plan lessons using modern information technologies; - Knowledge of office programs; - Possession of international certificates or experience in teaching international programs will be considered an advantage;
