Medical Laboratory Assistant - Phlebotomist

Today, "Medical World" combines several important areas of the medical field and is constantly developing, introducing new services and expanding the company's activities not only in Tbilisi, but also throughout Georgia.

The "Medical World" laboratory is announcing a vacancy for the position of Medical Laboratory Assistant - Phlebotomist.

Location: Tbilisi, Givi Zhvania st. №15

Work schedule: Pre-prepared schedule, shifts every 2-3 days, from 09:00 to 21:00

Remuneration: 100 GEL per shift, plus a bonus system

Main areas of work:

Taking blood (phlebotomy) from a patient at home or in a laboratory; Safe transportation of biological samples to the laboratory, following standard procedures; Implementation of protocols and guidelines introduced in the company within the competence; Polite and attentive communication with patients (adults and children) during the procedure; Submission of a report (reporting) to the supervisor after each shift.

Qualification requirements:

A diploma confirming nursing education; At least 3 years of experience in blood sampling in both adults and pediatric age; B category driving license (for home visits); Knowledge of infection control and safety rules.
