Go Developer
Andersen is hiring a Go Developer for a project developing and scaling a fast delivery platform and enhancing customer experience within a growing digital ecosystem. Our customer is a technology-driven digital platform that brings together multiple consumer and business services within a unified ecosystem. It focuses on enhancing user experience, improving operational efficiency, and enabling seamless digital interactions through modern technologies, scalable infrastructure, and continuous innovation. The platform supports both individual users and commercial partners while expanding its capabilities to meet evolving market needs. The project is focused on developing and scaling a fast delivery service for orders from cafés, restaurants, and retail stores within a broader digital ecosystem. As a newly launched product, it aims to expand its capabilities, improve the customer experience, and support rapid business growth.
Responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining microservices and internal platforms. - Designing architectural solutions and improving system performance. - Participating in planning, code reviews, and ensuring service stability. - Collaborating closely with product teams and business stakeholders. - Writing clean, modular, testable code focused on scalability and reliability.
Requirements: - Strong proficiency in Go and commercial software development experience for 5+ years. - Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL. - Experience designing and maintaining microservices architecture, with a solid understanding of scalability and reliability principles. - Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency, with the ability to write high-quality, testable code. - Proactive mindset and drive to improve both the product and development processes. - Product mindset, with an understanding of feature goals and business value. - Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
Nice to have: - Experience with messaging systems such as NATS or Kafka, as well as Python and Django Admin. - Experience in eCommerce or FoodTech.
Compensation: 1800–3300 EUR per month.
