Main responsibilities
- Participation in the assessment of the child's/adolescent's development level and behavior (under the supervision of a supervisor);
- Conducting behavioral therapy sessions according to the individual plan of development and behavior correction under supervision;
- Recording of performed work according to the rules established in the organization and special forms;
- Organization of the work environment and resources;
- Providing feedback to the beneficiaries' parents;
- Participation in continuous education in the specialty (participation in supervision meetings, webinars, and practical training organized by the center).
Qualification requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields (social worker, doctor, teacher, etc.); students of the final course are also considered;
- Certificate in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (a document confirming completion of a basic 40-hour professional training course). In the absence of such a certificate, internal training of selected candidates will be considered within the framework of the International Behavior Therapist (IBT) certification course organized by the center (the course is recognized by the International Behavior Organization (IBAO), see https://www.theibao.com);
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Experience working with children is desirable;
- Knowledge of office computer programs is desirable;
