B2B Order Operator

"Coffee LAB" - Coffee Laboratory is the first Georgian company that started producing Specialty coffee in Georgia in 2016. The company imports more than 40 tons of green coffee beans annually, roasts them onsite and offers products to customers in both retail and B2B directions.

The company currently employs over 150 people.

"Coffee LAB" unites 6 different concept branches and over 300 B2B partners, offering them professional equipment, training and technical services along with coffee beans.

The company "Coffee LAB" is looking for a new team member for the following position: B2B Order Operator

Main responsibilities:

Receiving orders from partner companies; Software posting of sales; Controlling debts and communicating with partner companies; Participating in inventory descriptions; Producing necessary reports;

Requirements and necessary skills:

Experience working in a similar position; Knowledge of office programs (MS Office); Knowledge of English; Effective communication skills; Strategic thinking.
