We have a Concierge vacancy in the Cityzen team.

Location: Tbilisi, University St. #2 Work schedule - full-time, Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 19:00

Main responsibilities:

Greet residents and accompany them to view apartments until the project is completed Conduct visits to apartments in full compliance with safety norms and regulations Refer residents' questions and requests to relevant responsible persons Greet residents and guests in the residential complex lobby after the project is completed, and provide assistance if needed Coordinate with couriers, arrange for parcels to be received and handed over Respond to residents' daily requests within the scope of competence Identify technical and other issues in the building and communicate with relevant services in a timely manner to eliminate defects Ensure the lobby and common areas are in order and inform responsible persons if necessary Comply with service standards and professional etiquette

Qualification requirements and necessary skills:

Experience working in a similar position Knowledge of English at a communicative level Sense of responsibility and discipline Ability to manage conflict situations and effectively resolve problems
