Vacancy - Cook in our Vintage Bistro!

Our vintage bistro is looking for an experienced, responsible, and organized cook who shares a quality-oriented approach and is ready to become part of our friendly team.

Main responsibilities:

Independent preparation of dishes in accordance with the bistro's recipe and quality standards. Proper processing and storage of products. Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, work surfaces, and inventory. Compliance with sanitary-hygienic norms and food safety rules. Control of product balances and daily accounting. Determination of the necessary products for the next day and preparation of information for ordering.

Qualification requirements:

Experience working as a cook. Ability to prepare dishes independently. High sense of responsibility and organization. Compliance with cleanliness and food safety standards. Ability to work in a team and a attentive attitude to work. Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.

Working conditions:

Work schedule: 5 days a week, with rotating shifts. First shift: 08:40-17:00. Second shift: 16:40-01:00. Remuneration: 1500 GEL per month, paid hands-on.

Probation period: 2 weeks, with pay. During this period, the candidate's professional skills, ability to work independently, and compliance with bistro standards will be assessed.
