Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and legally qualified professional to join our team as a Legal Affairs & Passenger Claims Specialist.

Purpose: Legal Affairs & Passenger Claims Specialist is responsible for coordinating the claims process and assessing claims in accordance with applicable law and internal procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage the dedicated passenger claims email inbox and respond to passenger inquiries. - Review claim applications for completeness and coordinate the collection of required information from relevant departments. - Assess passenger claims for refunds and statutory compensation in accordance with applicable legislation. - Ensure that the relevant department verifies the receipts, supporting documentation, and eligibility of the claimed expenses. - Approve or reject claims within the scope of delegated authority and communicate decisions to passengers. - Coordinate approved claims with Finance and monitor payments through to closure. - Maintain accurate claims records and monitor compliance with applicable deadlines. - Ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with applicable passenger rights legislation and internal procedures. - Prepare claims reports and recommend improvements to internal procedures and workflows. - Perform other relevant legal duties and assignments as required by the Legal Department.

Requirements: - A Bachelor’s degree in Law is mandatory. - Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills. - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. - High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
